Patient bzw. Patientin ist ein Ausdruck für Personen, Menschen während bzw. in ärztlicher Behandlung. Das Wort ist unabhängig von der evtl. rechtlichen und finanziellen Folge dieser Beziehung.

Some patients do not find the patient participation model to be the best approach to care.
